Cancellation Policy

Each customer will be given the opportunity to reschedule if this is due to an uncontrollable such as inclement weather. If a customer wishes to cancel the trip, their deposit will be used toward another day for reschedule unless done prior to 14 days. If cancelled prior to 14 days it is under the customers discretion whether a full cancel is applied or a reschedule for another date.
